Merger of Rezydent S.A. Company with special-vehicle companies Królewska Sp. z o.o., Browarna Sp. z o.o., Grupa Polpager Sp. z o.o., Hotel Rezydent Sopot Sp. z o.o., by contribution of all assets of the said companies to REZYDENT S.A..
As of March 31, 2008 the companies which were subject of take-over, went out of existence and REZYDENT S.A. Company took over all the rights and obligations of the taken-over companies.
REZYDENT SA become the single-shareholder owner of Hotel Rezydent Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. and Sowińskiego 72 Sp. z o.o. companies.
The head office of the Company is located on floor XIII of the Centrum Królewska building at Marszałkowska Street № 142.
The office building premises are leased for own needs and to: Bank Zachodni WBK SA, White & Case, the law offices of W. Daniłowicz W. Jurcewicz i Wspólnicy. |

Completion of construction and turning over for operation the multi-functional facility called Krzywy Domek (Crooked Housie) in Sopot.
Finalised construction of an exclusive apartment building with ground floor shops and services at Wiślana Street in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. The building was contributed as equity to the special-purpose vehicle Browarna Sp. z o.o. Company with the idea of renting apartments and their administration. The building was sold off to the land developer Restaura Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2007.
Rezydent SA contributed the building of Hotel Rezydent as equity to the special-purpose vehicle Hotel Rezydent Sopot Sp. z o.o. Company.
Special-purpose vehicle Królewska Sp. z o.o. Company launched operation of the 14 storey Centrum Królewska A class office building. The first tenant – Bank Zachodni WBK SA moved in.
Start of construction by Rezydent S.A. of the low-rise Villa Rezydent apartment building at Morska Street in Sopot, in which all apartments were sold out already in the construction phase.
The special-purpose vehicle subsidiary company Hotel Rezydent Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. launched a hotel project by starting construction of the RadissonBLU Hotel Gdańsk along the prestigious Długi Targ Street in Gdańsk. |

Finalisation of Hotel Rezydent construction in Sopot. The Hotel hosted its first guests in May 2001. The high standard of service and exceptional, informal atmosphere of the Hotel made it has become the most frequently visited by guests from all over the world facility of that class in Pomerania. |

Polpager Sp. z o.o. established “REZYDENT” Sp. z o.o. Company for the purpose of conducting investment, production, commercial and service activities.
The rights and obligations of „POLPAGER” Sp. z o.o. Company were taken over by „GRUPA POLPAGER” Sp. z o.o., which through special-purpose vehicles follows up various development projects.
REZYDENT Sp. z o.o. Company was vested with perpetual usufruct rights to the land along Wiślana Street in Warsaw.
In November 1999 REZYDENT Sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability company) was transformed into REZYDENT Spółka akcyjna (Joint Stock company).
Rezydent SA Company launched several real estate projects:
- construction of an exclusive apartment building located at Wiślana Street in Warsaw;
- construction of prestigious Hotel Rezydent in Sopot at 3 Maja Square;
- first phase of construction in Sopot at Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street of a multi-functional property offering office, commercial and restaurant space for rent, the so-called Krzywy Domek (Crooked Housie);
- construction of Centrum Królewska class A office building by special-purpose vehicle Królewska Sp. z o.o. Company.
